Refund & Return Policy
Thank you so much for shopping with us! Because we are a small, independent studio creating original artwork and prints, we handle returns and refunds with the utmost care. Please review our policies below before making a purchase.
Original Artwork & Art Prints
- All sales of original artwork and art prints are final. Because these items are made-to-order or are one-of-a-kind originals, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.
- Please read the product descriptions, dimensions, and edge details carefully before completing your purchase.
Pruned Postage Subscription
- Cancellations: You can cancel or pause your monthly subscription at any time through your customer portal before your next billing cycle.
- Refunds: Once a subscription box has been billed and processed for the month, we cannot issue a refund for that cycle. Your cancellation will apply to the following month.
- Due to the curated nature of the subscription (including prints and recipe/lore cards), we do not accept returns or exchanges on individual subscription items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging your items so they arrive safely, but we know things can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we want to make it right!
What to do:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at pruneprints@gmail.com
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.
- Once verified, we will happily ship out a replacement to you at no extra cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- PrunePrints is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
