Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting an independent art studio! We carefully pack every single order by hand from our studio in Chicago to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. Please review our shipping timelines and policies below.

Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • Art Prints & Original Artwork: Because our prints are made-to-order, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing, printing, and packaging before your order ships.
  • Pruned Postage Subscription: Subscription boxes ship out once a month. Your first box will ship within our standard monthly mailing window. Recurring monthly boxes are billed and shipped automatically on a set schedule. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your subscription package is on its way.

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship all domestic orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): Typically takes 2 to 5 business days for delivery once shipped.
  • Tracking: All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your shipping label is printed.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Agricultural/Seed Regulations: Please note that our Pruned Postage subscription and botanical print packages contain only art prints, recipe cards, and educational papers. We do not include or ship live seeds or plant matter, ensuring compliance with domestic agricultural shipping standards.
  • P.O. Boxes: We happily ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are unable to make changes once an order has shipped.

  • If a package is returned to our studio due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to re-ship the item.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed over to USPS, delivery times and handling are out of our hands.

  • Delays: Shipping carriers experience occasional seasonal delays. We appreciate your patience if a package takes a few extra days to arrive.
  • Marked "Delivered" but Missing: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors, your building's front desk, or your local post office branch. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after a confirmed delivery.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your print arrives bent or damaged due to rough handling by the carrier, please view our Refund/Returns Policy for instructions on how to receive a replacement.
